I’m playing the characters as straight as possible – they don’t because they didn’t in the movies. Of course, as a kid I used to have R2 fly around all the time, and then Lucas had him fly in episodes 2 and 3, so I suppose everything’s on the table!
Haha nice incidental foreshadowing with señor D2. I was actually joking about their lasers being in the strip and I understand why they won’t be. It is funny what kids will do with their toys, though.
Terrific stuff. My Artoo stopped making his head ‘ping’ noise and his paper circuits all fell off after I played with him in the bath. I believe I was foreshadowing Kamino – so you’re not the only smart arse
No I am not! The paper circuits on mine faded quickly. The marks you see on him are my youthful attempts to restore them with a marker! He still pings, though!
Yeah, it just wouldn’t be the same without the Droids!
